Fibromyalgia Articles for you - week 211

This week we have some new Fibromyalgia articles just for you, hot off the presses and we hope you have the time to enjoy them. Who knows what you will learn?

Last week  I especially loved finding out about Infrared Light Therapy for pain because while I had heard of it I didn't really know what it was and how it could help my condition. I also loved learning about How I Healed my Shoulder Tendinitis because that was something I had in the past and it took a long while to improve. I often seem to get the many "itis's" - bursitis, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, achilles' tendinitis!

You will also always someone that you feel you can connect with because they are experiencing the same thing as you and this can be very comforting in a world where not many people understand. So thank you to Pamela and Bethan and Caz, to Susan and Shelley and Melinda, to Julie and Barbara and Nikki, to Disabled Messenger and Cynthia and FibroWhat? and to Suzanne and Beverley and Terri for sharing their stories about Fibro here last week.

Fibromyalgia Information

Did you know that medical knowledge doubles every few months and it is impossible for doctors to keep up? This is just one reason why reading up to date articles about fibromyalgia is important for you - the person with Fibromyalgia. You can find and stay up to date with new information.
You can see Fibro Friday as curated information where you can choose what to read by just looking at the titles.  You can connect with others who have Fibro by commenting or asking questions on their blogs.
Last week we had many great articles including 25 Fibromyalgia Facts, Can Fibromyalgia be cured? and Is Your Chronic Illness Hiding a Problem?

Relax and enjoy Fibro Friday - week 209

We really hope you have time to relax with a favourite drink and read some of the helpful articles from people, just like you, who have Fibromyalgia. Many of the people have been living with this chronic pain condition for over 20 years, and some have only recently been diagnosed. Some are men and most are women. Some are in their 20's are some are a lot older.
If you have time you can also have a look at last week's Fibro Friday where we had 18 interesting articles including making resolutions, keeping warm, learning to thrive, treating constipation, pacing, depression, mindfulness is not a magic bullet, and what is a fibro flare?
