  1. Hi, My name is Jenna and I have Fibromyalgia but I blog a lot about another disease I have called Ankylosing Spondylitis. I thought I'd join in here because a lot of what I write about is finding ways to cope with pain and fatigue and chronic illness. Also - I was diagnosed with Fibro before I was diagnosed with AS so it's possible that there are people with Fibro who have undiagnosed AS. I am also an artist and post about making art and my advocacy efforts & projects. Thank you for a great site!
    Jenna

  4. I've now added your button. Thanks for the inclusion! To answer your questions, The AV joint is the small joint in the shoulder area that connects your collarbone, arm and shoulder together. AV Joint Arthritis is arthritis of this joint. I have the arthritis in both shoulders. Also, I live in the states, in NW Ohio. Thank you so much for your compliments on my blog!

  7. Hello! I'm 20 years old with Fibromyalgia, and a few other conditions. I mostly write about Fibro though, since I was newly diagnosed right before my last semester of university. Blogging my way though the fibro and TOWARD graduation :)

Very helpful site, by the way!

  12. I would like to be added to this directory. My blog is Akemi's Heart, Mind, and Soul. The short version is Akemi's H.M.S.. Please let me know if you need additional information. I do a lot of research on my illnesses and share what I find with others, i.e. twitter, facebook, pinterest, etc. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Hypothyroidism, Neurocardogenic Syncope, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diabetes, Panic and Anxiety, Depression, Gastroneuropathy, Neuropathy in hands and feet, all of which fall under the umbrella of Autonomic Nervous Disorder. There is a lot I can share and bring into this group! My blog is called Akemi's Heart, Mind, and Soul. Akemi is a female Japanese name meaning bright and beautiful, which is why I chose to name my blog it. We, that have invisible illnesses, are bright and beautiful in our hearts, minds, and souls.
