Fibromyalgia Product of The Week

Fibromyalgia Product of The Week
The products recommended here every week are recommended by people who have Fibromyalgia. This week the product is something to make your time on the computer a little bit more comfortable a wrist support. I particularly like this one as it is made of soft and breathable memory foam. It's such a small thing but it makes a huge difference to your computer time especially if, like many people who have fibro (like me), you have carpal tunnel syndrome. This is a 2 piece set which comes with a wrist rest pad that goes across the front of the computer and a separate mouse wrist rest support.

I use both of these for work, as I use a desktop at work. They do not provide any type of wrist rest pads and my wrists were constantly hurting. I ordered these and BAM no more problems. I'm actually using this right now as I'm typing and I love how SOFT they are. MANDA PANDA
Great Size! I always seem to slide off other mouse pads of this type. Above the wrist pad, the shape is a large circle which gives you extra room to move around on the sides. Also, the bottom is grippy but can still be moved. My other mouse pads seemed to suction to the desk so they were hard to move around. I definitely recommend this.  MICHELLE
The good news is that this product is also the number 1 Amazon Best Seller in it's category. Not that you have to purchase it on Amazon (you can probable get it at your local electronic store) but if you do purchase it through the link below Fibro Blogger Directory receives a small percentage of the sale at no extra cost to you.

Fibro Blogger Directory is a community

At Fibro Blogger Directory I was inspired by all the fibro bloggers and their stories that's why I started this directory. It has grown into a really wonderful and sharing community. This year (2018) we have been nominated in the WEGO Health Awards and would appreciate your vote.

Just press the orange button below. Also the button is not really correct (and a bit bossy). It should say WE have been nominated and PLEASE Endorse.

If you would like more information about the WEGO Health Awards please go here.

Thank you to everyone who endorsed me as a Community leader and as you can see I am proudly displaying the winning award badge in the left hand column of this site. I know it is a cliche to say "I couldn't have done it without you" but it is so true in the case. To all of you and all the fibro bloggers a BIG THANK YOU.

Terri Sutula from Reclaiming Hope
This is Terri Sutula from Reclaiming Hope

The byline on Terri's blog is Learning to Thrive, Not Just Survive with Fibromyalgia and she has been blogging about that very thing since January 2017. Terri is a very positive person who says that the HOPE in her blog's name stands for Healthy Diet, Optimism, Prayer and Meditation and Exercise.
I had to stop living in the past and how “I used to be” and learn to live well today. It was time to reclaim my hope!  Yes, it’s true I may never be able to do some things I once did, but there are still plenty of things I CAN do, and one of those things is to learn to live well wherever I am in this journey.

Terri's great attitude is felt all through her site and I think this is what has made it a very popular blog with lots of comments on every post as well as the fact that she creates interesting and well written posts. You WILL want to read:

You can connect with Terri Sutula at her blog, and on her facebook page. She would love you to visit and leave a comment.

Fibro tip of the week

Thank you for dropping in and reading this week's Fibro Tip.

Fibro tip of the week

Have you ever thought of taking probiotics for Fibromyalgia?

Katarina has taken on the questions of can probiotics really help people with Fibro, should we be taking them, do they help our gut and immune system.
She has delved into the scientific research so that we don't have to.
And as a bonus she tells us what foods can help. I wonder if you are eating any of them on a regular basis?
Katarina is a health writer with Fibromylagia and you can read her article here at SKILLFULLY WELL & PAINFULLY AWARE - Living Skillfully Well with Chronic Conditions.
