  3. As a fibro sufferer I find it more painful to walk or do exercise like I used to do.The days do "fly by". 😥

    1. Sorry to hear that Colleen, it is a common complaint and a kind of catch 22 situation because exercise IS recommended to help Fibromyalgia. Start slowly - I started with just 5 mins a day. Thanks for commenting at Fibro Friday
